Participants who book the supporting hotels via the links provided on this webpage will enjoy a one-way complimentary bus service (in the mornings during the conference period) from the hotel to the conference venue.

Hotel Reservation Procedure:

Depending on the hotel selected, you can either proceed with an online reservation; or download the booking form, complete and email it back to the hotel directly.

Please do NOT send the form to the secretariat as the reservations are to be made directly with the hotel.

If you do not receive a response from the hotel in three (03) working days, please call them to check on your reservation.

  • All reservations will only be confirmed upon successfully charging to the credit card account provided.
    Only credit card accounts will be accepted for reservation.
    Please read/check the cancellation policy stated in the hotel reservation form carefully before you proceed with your booking.
