Symposium EE

Materials Design and Accelerated Development

(Jointly organized with Chinese MRS)

This symposium will cover all topics related to theoretical and computational design of advanced materials, including materials prediction through materials genomic approach.

Additional attention will be given to accelerating the rate of novel materials development, with an emphasis on high-throughput experimentation, machine learning and automation.

This symposium will be run in two parallel sessions, focusing on the theoretical / computational aspect and experimental methods, respectively. There will also be common sessions on topics of both theoretical and experimental interests.
